Images not showing

Oops, and suddenly it started doing once again. I switched from Ampps to MAMP and the images started acting the same way as before. I uninstalled MAMP and went to see if it worked on AMPPS and it didn't work out as well. How can I solve this issue for once? Is it something I am not doing right? Is it a Bludit bug?
