hello , how to change admin theme ?
was messing with the kernel /admin folder but couldn't find a good way to start re themeing .
any ideas?

There is a theme directory at /bl-kernel/admin/themes.

I just asked the same question how do you select an admin theme.
I copied the original and renamed it but don't no how to switch to the new theme.
