I want to show similar writings by labels that I added. Is it possible ?

Why not give the same labels?
Otherwise there has to be created an index with narrower and broder terms or something like this. This could be an idea for a plugin.

I'm doing a slider system. Only the " featured" content as I want to make it look on the front tags. Is not it possible?

As plugin? Without knowing how it should work (number of posts, only featured images or images and text etc.) it is difficult to give any advice.
