Hi all, I'm trying to install Bludit on my Php 5.5.19 server in a subfolder (not in the principal root) and I'm able to reach the first installation page. But then when I try to access to the administration page to continue the setup I get the following error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT...
Can someone help me?
Thanks...

Which Browser do you use? Have you had the same error message before?

The error message has nothing to do with Bludit. It has to do with the server, your connection to the internet or your device.

It seems strange also to me... In fact I never had this message before.
I regularly use Chrome 49.0 with Windows 10, my Internet connection works good as usual, and the server where I try to install Bludit works as usual too...

I noticed that when I try to reach the admin section, the url became https instead of http: do you think this can be part of the problem?

Thank you a lot for all your replies.

Yes, this is part of the problem. Because http:// gives an error "Not Found".

The main problem is the installation in a subdirectory on a Windows server.

I will try to get access to a Windows server to test it. In the meantime perhaps the following helps:

Hi Edi and thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I'm not able to follow instructions about Tracing IIS.
I will try to install another kind of CMS but if in the future someone could help me with my Windows server troubleshootings it would be very nice! I liked Bludit a lot.

In the meantime I installed Bludit on IIS, and have no problems. ;-)

I think the reported problem is related with the installation in the root directory that breaks some links of an additional installation.
