[PLUGIN] Minify

Minify 1.5
Minifies HTML, JS, CSS and removes comments (except IE tags and comments within script tags), and speed up your site.
To disable compression of code portions, use this tag:

Done, I make the README, I don't know how to make you a collaborator, I think you need push first.
Right now I'm on vacation for 1 week

Happy Holidays!
For collaborators, look right column in repo, click settings and look in left column, click Collaborators and add me.
After this, i can commit directly plugins in this repo, no merge require
