heartbeat – session timeout

Hey all, its been a while – sucked back into the Wordpress vortex 
There is a plugin listed: https://plugins.bludit.com/plugin/heartbeat
but it is not available. Does anyone have a copy?
I have extended the SESSION_GC_MAXLIFETIME value but can still imagine I get caught with unsaved changes and – wham – admin kicks me out. I could probably cobble some kind of notification but... why reinvent the wheel – if indeed heartbeat does what it suggests. 5yrs old? I am ever hopeful.
