Plugins compatibility question (JS)

Hello,
Some plugins require Javascript or wordpress..
If I hire a developer can he install javascript plugin? Are there any specific documentation from Bludit for this or for API?
I don`t want to install Wordpress just for one plugin.

If you ask, the plugin isn`t available here under bludit plugins, and isn`t something to suggest creating one.. it`s too technical.

It`s a paywall plugin, that make readers pay for articles or content provided in the page.

The code is a Java Script SDK.

Another one is Laterpay, they say they have JavaScript SDK, but it`s not posted in their GitHub page.
