Hallo zusammen,

mein erstes Plugin für Bludit ist veröffentlicht: "URL to video".

Damit werden ganz einfach Kurz-URLs von YouTube oder Vimeo in ein iframe umgewandelt. Einfach die Kurz-URL von YouTube oder Vimeo in den Editor einfügen und mit sich selbst verlinken.

Bei Videos von YouTube wird automatisch die youtube-nocookie.com-Domain ergänzt.

Es soll Autoren dabei helfen, gute und interessante Artikel zu schreiben, ohne sich dabei grossartig Codes (Shortcodes, Einbindecodes, etc.) merken zu müssen.

Freue mich auf ein Feedback von euch.

Unfortunately, this plugin is not working for me? I followed the instructions, but it only shows the youtube URL in the post, no video. Is anyone else having trouble?

Then you probably didn't take the short link of the video. The URL copied from the address bar of the browser is not the short link to the video.

On YouTube you can find the short link below the video via the "Share" button. It begins with https://youtu.be...
