Typerite - show only blog posts

Hello all,
I'm a new Bludit user and I'm using Typerite template.
I have created some pages and a blog page where only (blog) posts should be displayed. Unfortunately, everything I've published, main page content, other pages,and posts is shown on this page.
How can I show on my /blog page only blog posts, not the entire page content.
I have assigned posts to the "news" category and I would like only posts from this category to be displayed n my blog page.
How could i do that?
