It seems, that your installations are not hacked... The phrase is part of a Bludit file.

Now I have to find out, when it is used as title.

It happened again. I edited the "../bl-kernel/site.class.php" file. Let's see if it will happen again or not.

any solution ?

where can I find it ?

Place of the logfiles depends on your provider.
Mostly there is a logs directory in the root of your webserver.

You said you have a backup.
Can you compare your backup files with the ones when it is broken?

Did you try downloading a fresh copy of bludit and copy your content?

But beware, the log files contain sensitive data (ip addresses), so do not post it here or make it public.
