TinyMCE problem

If I want to add a new line by year the paragraph gives an empty line which cannot be removed
How can the config be changed?

I have found a TinyMCE toolbar with a div option in place of paragraph and this has solved the problem of the empty lines

What do you mean with a TinyMCE toolbar with a div option? Perhaps you can explain it for other users that have the same problem.
