I made my own (so far only testing) in the Czech language: cz.json

The name of the file has to be cs_CZ.json.
It has to be placed in the directory /bl-plugins/snicker/languages/.

Language: Czech
Localization: cs, cs_CZ
In /bl-plugins/snicker/languages/ I have deleted all languages *json, I only left there cs_CZ.json, but it's still all in English only.

You are right. The plugin uses it's own language system. And there is a bug.
I will inform the developer.
