Hello,

I developed a new plugin called Media, which is an advanced Media & File Manager for the Bludit CMS. It takes over the core "Image" Modal on the Content admin pages, but is also available as own Menu Item - so you can access your files also outside your pages.

Features
The current version is still an Alpha build, but already contains the following features.
  • Walk smoothly through your upload directories
  • Revise, Rename and Delete your stuff quickly
  • Embed your files seamless while editing your posts with support for Image, Video & Audio files
  • This Plugin is compatible with all, currently available, Editor Plugins (also CKEDitor!)
Media+ Features
I also decided to create a small "Supporter" Package, which contains all Freemium features but extends them with the following exclusive stuff. You can buy the Plus version on gumroad.com.
  • Search through your folders, Find your files quickly
  • Favourite folders and files so you never lose them again
  • One-Time Payment: Pay once, Get all future updates
Requirements
Please check the requirements, before you install the plugin on your productive website.
  • Bludit 3.9.0+
  • PHP 7.2.0+
  • Modern Browser (No IE Support)
Links
You can find more information on the following links.

Media on GitHub
Media+ on gum.co

Thanks, I'm glad that it works without (big) issues.

If you've any ideas or suggestions for the upcoming update, feel free to tell me :D. I already wrote down a few of my ideas on GitHub.

After playing around with Media+ and deleting a directory the Media Manager only shows the root directory. Deinstalling and reinstalling does not help. Where is the shown path stored?

Sorry for the trouble.

I can't re-produce this error. Could you please enable the DEBUG mode incl. the error messages and post it here. Thanks!

Per default the root directory points to `bl-content\uploads\pages`.

Sincerely,
Sam.

The error log of the hosting shows a problem with FastCGI:

Code: Select all

[..] mod_fcgid: stderr: /home/httpd/vhosts/[...].ch/httpdocs/bl-content/workspaces/backup/*.zip
[..] mod_fcgid: stderr: /home/httpd/vhosts/[...].ch/httpdocs/bl-content/workspaces/simple-stats/*.log
After disabling FastCGI it works again.

Thanks.

I played a bit around. Could you please try the system/manager.php file. Just replace the existing file within the /system directory. Thanks!

Sincerely,
Sam.

Thank you very much! This shows the directory with its content.

Just purchased the media+ version... Works like charm 👍 but a feature that would be very helpful is editing caption/title tag from within media+. Could you please add this to the feature wish list?
