I put a standard file .htacces. Nothing has changed. Only the 301 redirect from http to https has disappeared.

I contacted support. They said there are no restrictions. You have a problem with the code.
I can give you ftp access or passwords from the admin panel in a personal account. Maybe that's how you notice something wrong?

I reinstalled bludit on the hosting. How to transfer data -texts, photos, theme from a localhost?
