I have 3.8.1 APA Pro installed. Under Admin|Settings|General|Social Networks, I have both my Twitter URL and my Mastodon URL set. Under themes, I have Alternative 3.8.1 and BlogX 3.8.1 With both of these themes, I can see the Twitter icon in the upper right, but nothing for Mastodon.
How can my link to Mastodon show up? Is this a function only of certain themes? Do I need a different theme?

Done!
You can exchange the file theme.class.php (in the directory /bl-kernel/helpers) with the following file:
https://github.com/bludit/bludit/blob/m ... .class.php
And you have to download the Mastodon icon, and load it in the directory /img of the themes:
https://github.com/bludit/bludit/blob/m ... stodon.svg

Hi all,
first: such a great work you all did with Bludit. I love the simplicity and flexibility of it! Thanks a lot.
As in the last versions there had been several changes concerning the social integration, especially the deletion of google+ and others and the new arrivals of GitHub, GitLab, Mastodon and others. All these changes made a lot of themes not working anymore after an update, as they try to access no longer available settings.
Probably there will be more changes in the future and there are a lot of even uncountable, different social systems. So it depends on the website owner which ones to be shown.
I would suggest a more flexible, list like solution for socials like the actual integration of categories.
This would make it easy to handle input, selection and graphical icons (array of a "social" data type with name, link, icon (fontawesome-icon or link to image)). This would allow the theme providers to iterate through the available entries set up by the admin and allows a general integration of socials without the need to change code if a social service ends or new ones should be integrated.
I think a lot of code could be reused from "categories".
What do you think about?
Best
Chris
