Plugin Contact3 and Theme Massively look to be incompatible.
When changing to another theme, the form appears.

I am curious about this as I read that Contact3 needs the theme to support plugin hooks. I'm running Massively, I can see the form, but I keep getting an error from Contact3 when I hit send. I don't know what plugin hooks are required.

For Contact3 are the hooks only required to include the plugin. If it appears everything is fine. If sending is not working, something doesn't work with the configuration.
