Yeah, already tried using their support channel. At the moment, I managed to get things to work somehow (including a workaround to upload videos via Nextcloud because video upload using the Bludit media manager is still sort of broken), but here I'm lost with the fact that the short text used for the video embed ( [video ...] ) appears just like that in the RSS feeds which doesn't make sense in this case but I didn't so far manage to get around that.
