« About » plugin does not work

I think « About » plugin does not work on the demo page with 'mediumish' theme.
The same case when I install on my PC using mediumish theme.

The plugin already activated then I configure it, but the content does not change.

what happen here? theme error or the plugin does not work on any theme?

The content of the plugin About is shown in the sidebar (which also can be at the bottom of a page). The theme Mediumish has no sidebar area.

About content in the mediumish theme can edit in the Content >> static

NOT in the configure-plugin

Yes, it's perhaps a little bit irritating. There is a plugin and a predefined page with the same name.
