thanks i know how to make a theme for frontend , but i need a tutorial for make a theme for backend admin panel
it is the same way ?

backend is made with uikit as I know

There is not documentation to make a admin theme, you can found the default here, bl-kernel/admin/themes/default and try to follow the code.
