Blockquote does not seem to work in v3.1.5.

Hi All,

Blockquote does not seem to work in v3.1.5.

I tried this markdown below:

> This is a blockquote
> and more

I also tried the blockquote icon directly from the Tiny MCE menu.
It just appears as plain text, on my website.


Any ideas?

Blockquote works fine in Blog X and Alternative themes.
as shown here:

It just renders as plain text in Docs X 3.2.
as shown here
with no side bar and no italics

How do I get to look like this?
ie. with grey background, darker sidebar and red title.
