RTL not working

Hello,
Content written in RTL using TinyMCE (with RTL & LTR buttons added) looks nice inside the editor, however, it turns into LTR in the webpages.
I tried three themes, the problem persists in every theme.

The problem is in TinyMCE.
Yes, the code explicitly shows declares both RTL (as direction) and Arabic (as language), but for some reason I was required to re-enter the contents so that the direction works.
The problem is fixed.. just needed to delete the contents and re-enter them.
