Hello,
My hosting provider installed Moodle in the root.
Moodle fails installing (using Softaculous) at this specific provider.. so, I got a paid installation service. However, it was installed in the root, so, I can`t add a homepage. Moodle doesn`t allow information viewable to public unless I use a workspace edition.

So, I managed to install Bludit to domain.org/main.. and I intend to use CPanel to set a 301 redirect to the root (domain.org).

I have two questions..
1- Shall moodle get erased or has problems if I install Bludit to the root? (which is the same path as moodle= domain.org)?
2- I already see the root in settings, as blog path..which may cause a conflict.. I can`t edit or change it.. any fix? (screenshot attached below)

Thank you.

Hello,
I got the answers.
#1: files with same names shall be overwritten (htacccess, etc..). So, I installed Bludit to a sub-directory and shall use 301 redirection to point the domain to desired directory.

#2: There`s nothing I can do concerning this un-editable option. However, I think that I can create a separate page and set it as a blog.
