Moving webhost and upgrading

Hello

We're moving web hosts shortly and I'd like to install the latest version of Bludit on the new server but bring across content from the old one which is running v 3.9.2.

Is it just a case of uploading the entire bl-content directory and any themes I've modified or is there anything else I need to be aware of?

Yes I read that before posting but it doesn't quite answer the question as I'm not upgrading on the same host. I'll be installing the latest version on a new host, not replacing files, then want to restore existing content to it.

I guess I could backup the existing install/content in full and copy it up to the new host then follow the upgrade steps in the guide, is that what you had in mind?
