There are problems with the filemanager of CKEditor when using Budit v1.4. See:

If you don't see the preview images you need to give write permission to the bl-content/uploads/thumbs folder.
If you are updating from a previous version of Ckeditor/FileManager delete the contents of thumbs folder, the script will automatically re-create the thumbnails.

I update next with the new version of Responsive Filemanager. (9.10.2)
