Greetings from Russia! In the Russian localization of the admin panel can not see some plugins while they are installed in the plugin directory.

I did a fresh install. CMS, themes and plugins I got here https://github.com/dignajar/bludit and here https://github.com/dignajar/bludit-themes here https://github.com/dignajar/bludit-plugins. After you have downloaded all the latest updates. File metadata.json is changed in all themes and plugins. The problem is. Why? Thanks for the help.

What is your question? Why there is a new field for compatibility in metadata.json?

Please read carefully. My question is written two times. "In the Russian localization of the admin panel can not see some plugins while they are installed in the plugin directory." Again. In the Russian localization after a new installation of version 1.4 some plugins do not appear (not visible) in the administrative panel of the website. However, these plugins installed in the plugins directory on the server. All changes to the file metadata.json introduced. All that I have written previously. Thank you for your attention.

Which plugins are not showing? Without knowing it I cannot test it. ;-)
