HI Herk,
what hosting do you have ? on your Cpanel maybe you have to enable the module rewrite for Apache.

have You the file .htaccess on your root installation ? https://github.com/dignajar/bludit/blob ... /.htaccess

Yes. I have htaccess in root folder.
I read all help files how to activate mod_rewrite in apache unfortunately without success:(
