Why? It's Diego who develops Bludit. it's his cycle...

And Bludit is free... This means there is no company who pays for updates every few weeks. ;)

There are also other flat file systems that have no relase cycle because they are simple and stable. This is a big advantage of all this systems: They need no updates that are crashing websites, themes and plugins all the time.

By the way, there is the possibiility to donate for the development of Bludit:

Hi,
I think Edi is not mad, but it's right in his comment about the release cycle.

Bludit has 1 year old (I push the first README file on github on March), it's recently new, there are a few users helping with the code and issues, for the moment the release cycle it's not possible, but in the future maybe will be a good idea.

Diego
