Writing test failure, check directory content permissions. (ERR_205)

Do everything on windows server 2012 r2 (IIS8) and PHP 5.6, the lifted domain, added "Administrator" with full access.\
Tell me where can be error?

Sorry did not notice. Using FTP to change to 777 access. It worked!
