Accented characters in the URL

Hello,
I am french, so if the title of a post contain accented characters, like
C'est l'été, the URL is
http://localhost:8888/bludit/post/c-est-l-été.
In the URL, there is always accented characters !

Yeap, I read a lot of pages about it, the 50% of users recomend don't uses UNICODE on the URL, but I don't found a problem with this, more now in 2015. But if you have some example because there are a problem with this I want to know.

Yes but in this case you limit the use of Bludit to some servers.

I test Bludit in localhost with MAMP. If the title's post contain accented characters, in the publish site, I can't open it !
I have the message "Error - The page has not been found.".

I will try MAMP, and I will remove all invalids characters.. I am reading and the valid characters are 0-9 a-Z
