Good afternoon! Under what conditions can I remove copyright from the bottom of the page? :D

You can remove text and image from the footer (but not from the scripts).

The software itself. Bludit, themes and plugins have notes about the licenses. It's not allowed to remove them.

Good you asked again! I understood you asked about the Bludit default themes.

Not in every case its allowed to remove copyright or credit notes from the footer.

Which theme do you use?

I asked just about the system. I will most likely make my own template. Or I will take as a basis some kind, so that there is a structure of the system, but I will completely redo it.

This is possible.

The license of Bludit for example can be found here:

https://github.com/bludit/bludit/blob/master/LICENSE

The license of the Theme Alternative for example here:

https://github.com/bludit/bludit/blob/m ... adata.json

Just a couple more questions.
1) I want to convert the system to a different format. With other modules, and so on. Roughly speaking, take the core of the system, sharpen it to your needs and make your own license? Of course, the original bludit license will be in place.
2) The license states that the copyright must be in place. Do you mean the copyright on the site pages or the copyright in the license?
P.S. Sorry for my English. It's not my native language :D

Most parts of Bludit use the MIT license:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIT_License

What the license means is explained here:

https://tldrlegal.com/license/mit-license#summary

This means you must
  1. include the copyright notice in all copies or substantial uses of the work,
  2. include the license notice in all copies or substantial uses of the work.

This cannot be answered in general. It depends which parts are used in which way.

As I wrote it cannot be removed from the software or parts of the software. But it can be removed from themes if its not part of the license or terms of use.

But that doesn't apply to the footer, right?

Not for the Bludit themes Alternative and Blog X.

In other cases it depends from the theme.

But you can code also your own theme:

https://docs.bludit.com/en/themes/theme-basics

P. S. I completed my last post while you are reading it.
