My website has now this text in its title and I wanna be a pirate! as footer
the page layout is totally scrapped
my password is highly complex, so I guess there's a security probleme somewhere

What am I supposed to do ?

Your website is hacked again. You had this problem already.

What have you done to secure it in the meantime?

It could be that your PC or your server is compromised. Also you have embedded a lot of third party scripts: Is there a security issue?
