Backend - Content: Show all pages (not only 15)

Hi,

I have a lot of pages, and in the backend it's a pain clicking next-next-next if I want to edit page #84. So I want to show ALL pages in the backend.

I tried to change this in the kernel (no problem if it gets overwritten with the next update), but I couldn't find the location where the 15 entries per backend-page are defined. Is there any hint for me?

Thanks in advance!!!

Do you use the installation as blog or website?

In this case you have the following two possibilities:

1) Plugin Items per Page

You can use the plugin Items per Page and set the value of pages, that are shown on a page:

https://plugins.bludit.com/plugin/items-per-page

2) Search in the dashboard

You can use the search in the dashboard. This works, if you want to view or to edit a page. But you cannot delete a page.

Thanks, Edi, the plugin seems to do the job. But there occurs a pagebreak as shown in the screenshots attached. Do you have an explanation for this?
Pagebreaks occur even though the Items-per-page-plugin is active (and basically working)

You do not need the plugin, sorry! You can set "Items per page" to "All content".

Do you also get a page break with "All content"? How much content do you have?

With this setting (which originally had the value 6, now it has "All Content") the behaviour is the same (cache cleared etc.).

Right now I have 34 pages.

I cannot reproduce the error. Can you please mail me the installation as ZIP archive.

I should know how my own plugins work.

You can only set the number of items or posts that are shown on the home or blog page.

But you can use the plugin Admin Bar to edit the content from the "front end":
