Admin Page not found

Hello Everyone,
I installed Bludit on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS with Apache/2.4.29
Installation worked after i changed permissions on the .htaccess to rw-rw-rw-
and the bl-content folder to rwxrwxrwx
But i can't access the admin site.
I tried to change the RewriteBase in different ways and commented it out but i still only get the start page after the Installation.
Apache gives a 404 error and i have no idea where to go from here.
