Similar problem here,
If i create a post before install and press F5 sometimes the first post (default post) is the first one and other times the created post is the first one in the blog.....

Opera works for me. I opened an account with Hostinger to test it. But I have to wait till it is approved.

Yes is just for look the tip or change the style tag by <style scoped> if ok, just add css in admin style
