There is still a html code at the top of Log Theme page

Also in this theme Bootstrap CSS and JS includes are missing. I've added it by HTML code plugin and now it works fine.

Diego has fixed it.
Also in this theme Bootstrap CSS and JS includes are missing.
Which Boostrap CSS and JS? There are none in the theme.

I'm using Bootstrap carousel in some of my posts, since it stated in Beta

Yes, if you want use the Boostrap carousel you have to install Boostrap and/or the carousel script. They are not part of the theme Log.
