Advice is needed. How to make a menu bludit? There is only the posts and pages. No create a menu item. If I create a record I have to tie it to the site? Tell me how to do it!

I do not really understand what you mean... If you are using the theme Clean that comes with the installation the navigation for pages is created when the plugin "Page list" is activated.

OK! I click "Add post".
On the home page, it is displayed. If I Najd to another page created it there.

I think you are talking about categories for posts. You can uses "tags" for this, and install the plugin "tag list".

There seems to be a bug. At the moment tags works only with posts not pages. Diego can fix it.
