Re: upgrade 1.5 and 1.6 version

What i did was on 1.6 do migrate, then clean fresh install version 2.
Setup the new install, then i added the migrated data into the new, and directly updated to latest version

For an update from Bludit v1.6 (tested with v1.6.1 and v1.6.2) to v2 there is a Migration-Script to use:
Migration Script for Bludit v1.6.2 to v2.0
Handlings
Create a backup from your existing installation.
Put migrate.php in the root directory from your Bludit installation.
Enter the script in your browser, example: http://example.com/migrate.php
The script will create a backup from the /bl-content map.
Download the created migration map to your pc.
Upload the new files from any v2 Bludit version, do a clean install.
Upload from the migrations map, only the /bl-content to the newest installation.
When something isn't copied right, there is always /migrations/failed-posts, from where you can take the backup also
Themes and Plugins
The theme must be set newly.
Also you have to install and activate all plugins
Not all plugins have recent versions!
