I don't have the ability (knowledge) to do it, but are you considering a plugin to create an option to translate the Frontend part and the posts to it? I think it will be useful.

What exactly should this plugin do?

When a user wants to change the language of the website to do so (I'm not talking about the admin panel) but for the web country that the visitor sees

This can be done with additional installations for each language or with categories (with if conditions in the templates of the theme).
