I"ve got a problem on this website

I can activate the plugin, but when I try to reach the parameter page, it opens but with the following error messages

instead of modifying the code, I added a static page and a draft page, no more error message

One strange thing
I had left the contact.zip file in the directory where bludit was installed. by clicking in the menu bar on contact, I download the zip file instead of opening the contact page. renaming the zip file solved the problem
