Yes, and after doing this: to switch the theme, the name of the new admin theme has to be set in /bl-content/databases/site.php.

currently not, but I guess Diego is working on another admin theme. At least there is another respective theme folder on the .gitignore file + he recently removed this line, but probably not on purpose. So maybe there is a chance ;)
