ok, i've make an upgrade to 3.40. but it still doesn't works. i've tried it with theme alternative and blogx. the plugin cookie consent is avtivated.

At the moment your website shows two Cookie consent banners... One at the top, the other at the bottom of the browser window.
Please try after deleting the browser cache.

Thnx a lot. Now I can see the two banners. One too much. My fault: I haven't disabled uMatrix. So the banners have been blocked.

Hello,
anybody who reads my blog, must allow javascript of clouflare.com
Otherwise the Cookie Consent plugin will not work.
But I cannot compel the readers of my blog to allow cloudflare javascript.
What can I do ?

You are right. We will add a version without an external connection.
