Does anyone have a template for an htaccess file for my site please.

I'm testing the contact3 form within a couple of themes (eg: keep it simple theme)

I've added a contact3 plugin and activated it.
I've set the content page to static

However, I'm still unable to see any for on the contact page

Any ideas please?
