What happen, if you don't copy the layout files into your theme, so the plugin loads the default layout?

btw. do you use the last update? This was released 3 days ago.

Hi, this feature is in development. Unfortunately this requires a big rewrite of the plugin for the admin section and a lot more development than the current solution. Maybe the ImageGallery plugin could be a solution for you. There you can manage images in albums and add the albums in the end of the page, without adding them in the text editor.

The most interesting point is that the error occurs only after a certain time.That sounds like a timeout problem causing the error.
