Hi, i have created a little plugin for my own blog. This plugin creates the Meta-Tags which are important when shareing a link of your site on Facebook. More info you will find on GitHub. When you specify an App ID ( Facebook developer site to get it) it also loads the nessairy Javascript and Stylee...
