Re: splitting long article
Works *great! Not that initial v1.0 didn't ;) *well, almost. In initial release after I made a small change to use builtin bludit <!-- pagebreak --> so that the first pagebreak occurence won't be counted. Although devtheme has own excerpt creation function, the default bludit pagebreak code has its ...

Re: Create a multilingual Site with Bludit
There are so many things to take care of, that for me it seems it could be easier to have two sites. I ask myself the question, what benefits would a deeper integration bring? It all depends on goals somebody wants to achieve. But cramming multiple language version under 1 domain is the first quest...

Re: Create a multilingual Site with Bludit
Administering multilanguage websites based on multiple cms instances becomes tiring when their content needs to be dynamic. Adding new language makes it twice that hard in management. I'd hit for a solution based on 1 instance with all content conditions set in template. I've been struggling at the ...

Re: How to add alt tags in images?
Important if you are keen on being first everywhere :) It's always accessibility+web standards VS SEO ;) All factors matters in some way. page preview before publishing
Is there a way to preview the page before I set its state to published? I'd like to see all the formatting, and overall view with all images before saving it for the last time. Unfortunately the only way I'm aware of, is to publish page temporarily -> see the page -> unpublish , but such bypass is b...

Re: How to add alt tags in images?
The alt tag is the only way to be sure that Google know what's on a picture. For me it's essential. You should update your seo knowledge , as google checks for couple attributes where alt text, although is recommended, isn't the only one important parameter. Filename plays a more important role, al...

Re: splitting long article
I'm not sure, but I guess the <!-- pagebreak --> comment is primarly to separate the "Excerpt" (shown on the Homepage, for example) from the full content (shown on the page directly). But of course would it be possible to use that instead, preferred activatable about an own option. I felt...

Re: splitting long article
The plugin has been written really quickly and I didn't test it very well (It worked on my local environment, which was fine for me :D). So I hope it works seamless, if not, give me a shout here or on GitHub. It currently supports the following features: [...] So I hope it is a better solution then...

Re: splitting long article
I quickly wrote the following example ohh, thanks for a fast response. I'm very positively surprised with example code you have provided. It works flawlessly! :) Looks like I have now a tough nut to crack. On the one hand it basically needs only to get article pagination, which I'll be working on, ...
