I've got find the error.
I had installed the site via http but tried to analyze at WPT via https
I think the browser warning for unsafe websites was treated by WPT as modal

hello, it appears only at WPT. It's not visible to the eye.
It doesn't appear at the featured bludit site of the week e.g.
