The content page was sticky and not fixed

I have successfully installed Contact3 to my contact page however the word contact appears on my home page

Problem with page file

in addition changing the theme from DAVE to EDITORIAL brought the easy URL back again

Any ideas

For example on this page
https://spainonthisday.com/category/sightseeing?page=2

If you click on the tile Jáen travel back to the time of the Iberians the friendly URL is there but no content

This never used to happen

In andy theme editing HTML box after moving to shared server get 403 forbidden you don't have permissions to access this resource

The site is now working OK
But when i try to save a change to the HTML plug-in i get forbidden on a new page
