I've solved but I don't know the reason.
On my cpanel I've 2 diffrente types of php:
(secured) alt-php
ea-php

secured alt-php 8.3 worked correctly

I've tested you images an I don't think that is the problem.
In few wordpress sites with a good thema I've this new problem

No image processing library (such as GD or Imagick) is available, so image editing and thumbnail generation can fail.

Can be this the problem?

I've tested webp, png and jpg and I've the same error.
If you need the tell me where I can send you them (I'm not able to attach here. They are 500k each)
