Is there a plugin (or external free service) for bidding, private auctions?

For example, I want to sell something privately and on my private page I want to sell it to the highest bidder. Basically, this is a closed private auction. Is there such a thing?

Snicker works for me, only one important thing is missing: email notifications to the administrator about new posts.

The number "1" is the time in seconds for the redirection to occur.
