Moved to new server content problem

I have moved my site www.spainonthisday.com and have unloaded the old bi-content file
The pages are there in admin and can be opened to edit
But they are not published any ideas

The site is now working OK
But when i try to save a change to the HTML plug-in i get forbidden on a new page
